City Touch are excited to have Inspire Health Services return as a partner for the Winter Season of Touch Footy at the Commercial Hockey Fields, Newmarket.
After a short break we are very happy to welcome them back to our Newmarket Winter Season of Touch Football.
The Inspire team consist of 62 team members who span across strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, general health training, physiotherapy, dietetics, massage therapy and counselling.
They will be attending the venue once a month starting from May 23rd and 25th to assist with any on field injuries & queries in the form of physio triage, preventative strapping, and advice.
“To start the season, we will also have one of our accredited sports dieticians on hand to provide tips and answer questions around pre/ post game nutrition and fuelling” explained Inspire Exercise Physiologist, Shannon Brady.
This is a great opportunity for all our City Touch athletes to chat to a dietician free of charge while at their usual Touch Football game.
Furthermore, as Inspire is our recommended provider they have also made themselves available when not on site.
“If any injuries or questions arise when we are not out on site, we have provided our enquiry link where you can speak with us at any time regarding booking an appointment or to answer specific questions regarding your health and fitness” Mr Brady concluded.
